This two piece Shinku set pairs a 19 cm cleaver with a 20 cm chef knife. Both blades are built from 67 layers of Damascus steel around a VG 10 core and are left uncoated. They are flat ground on both sides at an 8 degree angle, so they can be used left or right handed.
