Payment Policy

This page lists the payment methods you can use at By Kept, when you are charged and in which currency. The methods below are exactly the ones offered in our checkout.

No other payment methods are accepted. We do not offer cash on delivery, bank transfer or payment in instalments.

Currency

All amounts are displayed and charged in the currency shown at checkout for your delivery country: US dollars for the United States, pounds sterling for the United Kingdom, Canadian dollars for Canada, Australian dollars for Australia and New Zealand dollars for New Zealand. The currency shown on the product page is the currency you are charged in. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee; that fee is set by them, not by us.

When you are charged

The full amount is charged at the moment you place the order. You receive an order confirmation by email straight after that. If a payment is declined by your bank or card issuer, the order is not created and no amount is taken.

Prices and taxes

Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands. Because every country we deliver to lies outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. Where such charges arise, they are determined by and payable to the local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Security

Payments are processed in an SSL encrypted checkout environment by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the payment method you used at purchase and in the same currency you were charged. The conditions and timelines are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
